  1. A house is made of many elements. It is important to take the necessary time for reviewing all of them. That is the reason why a good home inspection cannot be done in one or two hours, whatever the house value.

  2. In addition to his general technical knowledge, it is essential for a house inspector to have a practical experience in construction, and that is what we are bringing to you.

  3. We also have a solid experience in estimation of damages, which constitutes an additional asset for detecting indications of previous water of fire damages for instance.

  4. For our report, we do not use any incomprehensible check form completed in 15 minutes.

  5. All our reports are entirely written on a computer.

  6. We always include photos at the end of our report.

  7. We sign our report with our membership number (22612) of the Order of Engineers of Quebec.

  8. We insist on your presence and participation in the inspection process.

  9. We will be happy to give you free advice on renovation works, during and after our inspection.

  10. We are totally independent from all real estate agents.
